Superhero Series is the only mass-participation sports series dedicated to people with disabilities in the UK, their friends and families.

It gives everyone from elite athletes to amateurs the chance to find their inner superpower, grab a sidekick and take part in different sporting activities with no equipment restrictions or time limits.

This year’s Winter Wonderwheels event, powered by npower, will take place at Dorney Lake on 2 December.

Winter Wonderwheels was created to keep everyday superheroes motivated through the colder months. Participants can cycle, walk, run, or push anything around a one kilometre, five kilometre or 10 kilometre route.

Before every event participants have the chance to enter a competition to take part with a celebrity team captain. This winter’s celebrity superheroes include Jonnie Peacock, JJ Chalmers, Sophie Christiansen and Dave Henson.

Previous winners have shared their team captain with other teammates, but this time winners get them all to themselves.

Winter Wonderwheels competition winners will complete the one kilometre or five kilometre route around Dorney Lake with a celebrity team captain, giving them one-on-one time with their superheroes.

To enter the competition simply share why you think the team captains should choose you here.

Registration is also open for the event, keep your eyes peeled for an exclusive discount code in the next issue of Enable.
