The benefits of a healthy lifestyle are paramount regardless of ability. For people living with limited mobility it can be stressful or daunting to exercise – until now! Evolve 21 is an exercise app here to bring inclusive fitness to the masses.
FITNESS
The largest wellness community is set to launch bringing a variety of exercise routines straight to your iPhone or Android phone. Understanding that each ability is different the Evolve 21 app provides a variety of exercise techniques in short bursts – so there’s no excuse not to get involved!
Choosing between fitness, yoga and meditation you are one exercise session away from improved mobility, strength, cardio and wellbeing. It has been proven that exercise not only helps improve your body but your mind, too, and a healthier mind leads to a more positive outlook on life.

GUIDANCE
All trainers involved with Evolve 21 appreciate that everyone has their own ability and interests in sport, thus are experienced in working closely with disability. This personalised approach to fitness will make the step into an active lifestyle more comfortable for those taking part.
Lasting for seven minutes a day over 21 days, Evolve 21 also has the option to help fundraise for the Cerebral Palsy Foundation (CPF). Working closely with CPF the app and everyone getting involved can help raise awareness of cerebral palsy and be the change for the 80% of young people bullied each year because of their condition.
From tomorrow (1 August) you can get the app from the dedicated Evolve 21 website and start your fitness and fundraising in one go. evolve
