We build developments across London exclusively for local first-time buyers, enabling those on middle incomes or those that earn too much for social housing, but not enough to purchase a new home on the open market, the opportunity to buy in the city they love.
Our homes are available at a 20% discount compared to the market value, with residents owning 100% of the property. It is not Shared Ownership and there’s no extra rent to pay.
Finding the perfect fit
Across our developments, we build one- and two-bedroom, wheel-chair adaptable apartments available to Blue Badge holders who live or work in any London borough. Our schemes are car-free to encourage sustainable travel, but we do provide Blue Badge parking spaces for those that require them.
The apartments themselves are designed with the spatial provision required to be a wheelchair accessible home and can be adapted internally to meet the specific needs for the resident.
Fostering togetherness
The team at Pocket knows how important it is to live somewhere that you can truly call home, which is why we design communal spaces within our schemes where neighbours can hang out together, work together, exercise together and ultimately form lasting relationships.
At our recently launched Osier Way development in Leyton, we have roof terraces, exercise rooms, co-working spaces and social rooms that are accessible to all residents via lifts.
Across the way in Walthamstow, we have also just launched our Forest Road development, where a number of one-bedroom homes are currently available exclusively to Blue Badge holders.
