motabilityAs part of a new partnership with car parking provider Q-Park, national disability charity Motability will receive a donation from all bookings made by customers when using a special discounted code.

Q-Park is an award-winning parking company with 60 sites across the UK offering safe, clean and secure parking. We work hard to ensure that our parking facilities are made easily accessible to all visitors and we’re confident that this will be welcomed by Motability customers.”

Warren Smith, Corporate and Trusts Relationship Manager for Motability, said: “We are delighted to have joined forces with Q-Parks in a deal that benefits both our customers and the Charitable Grants Fund. All donations to Motability will support our customers who cannot afford the right car or adaptations for their needs, or to help young disabled people with driving lessons.”

Motability’s charitable work relies on voluntary income and aims to raise around £2.8 million each year to help customers who would otherwise be unable to afford the mobility solution they need. This income is raised through charitable trust and foundation donations, corporate support, individual fundraising and from trading activities.

Motability is the national charity that directs and oversees the Motability Scheme. The Motability Scheme is the UK’s leading car scheme for disabled people.  It provides affordable, convenient, trouble-free motoring to over 630,000 disabled customers and their families.  Powered wheelchairs and scooters can also be leased using the Motability Scheme.
