This is done by engaging with the Microsoft community and customers, collaborating all knowledge and experiences, and innovating solution to ensure all customers can make the most out of their Microsoft products.
During the disability Hiring Event several interviews will be conducted with the opportunity to meet and network with hiring managers and teams; you will also have the chance to learn why Microsoft is the right company for you to work for.
Similarly, participants will be able to interact with members of the Microsoft Disability ERG to learn more about their experiences working with the company.

Qualifications in IT are not essential, but they are desirable, alongside any Microsoft certifications (MCP / MCSE / MCSA / Azure etc). However, it is important to know that Microsoft are looking primarily for passion, potential and an attitude that can be developed.
