Drive away in an award winning car with the Motability Scheme

motabilityDisabled motorists can lease the WhatCar? 2015 Car of the Year, through the Motability Car Scheme. The winning car, the Skoda Fabia, which also took the top spot in the Small Car category, is available to lease on the Scheme with no Advance Payment – that means no additional upfront cost. Many of the other category winners at the annual awards are also available to lease.

Voted top of the Small SUV category, the Nissan Qashqai, is also available to lease from £199 Advance Payment. The Hyundai i10 1.2 Premium was voted as the best in the City Car category and is available with no Advance Payment.

For those that need extra room, the seven-seat Citroen Grand C4 Picasso was voted as the Best MPV, and is available on the Scheme from £895 Advance Payment, while the winner of the Family Car category, the Skoda Octavia, is available to lease with no Advance Payment.

Disabled people who receive either the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment, the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or the Armed Forces Independence Payment can choose to exchange their weekly mobility payment, to lease a new car, scooter or powered wheelchair through the Motability Scheme.
